Individualised Programme*

 Functional training programme tailored to your goals: whether it is losing weight, building muscle, injury rehabilitation, improving performance in a specific sport, keeping fit during or after your pregnancy and/or simply being healthy.

Nutrition Plan & Advice

A good diet is the foundation to a good fitness programme. Nutritional advice is provided as part of your training program to make sure that you are achieving your goals.

Pre & Post Natal Training

It is now widely known and recommended to stay fit throughout and after your pregnancy. We will work with you at every stage of your  pregnancy to make sure you are exercising in the most optimal way for you and your baby.

Fully Equipped Private Studio

A secured, clean and fully equipped fitness studio exclusively dedicated to you and your session. You can listen to your own music and your are more than welcome to bring your toddler(s) along to your session.

 

MEET THE COACH

Following a serious cycling injury in 2014, Sylvain decided to quit a successful career in Financial Services to go back to his passion for sports.

 

After years of intense training, he completed his Personal Training qualification at Premier International, with a particular interest in functional training and nutrition. 

Sylvain played Squash competitively for more than 20 years and growing up on Reunion Island, a French island in the Indian Ocean, which has an outdoorsy and sports driven environment, he acquired experience and knowledge in many other sports such as tennis, crossfit, running, cycling and surfing.

Located in Aldersbrook, we are minutes away from Wanstead, Leytonstone, Forest Gate and Manor Park stations. Closest train station is Manor Park. 

Most clients cycle, run or walk (a great way to warm up and cool down before and after your training session!) but various public transport or parking bays are also available at the end of the street.
